CALL TO SECONDARY VOCATIONAL SCHOOL TEACHERS TO PARTICIPATE IN “E-REVIEW” TRAINING (DEADLINE: JUNE 30, 2017)

The Center for Education Policy, with the support of the European Training Foundation and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, is organizing a free training of secondary vocational school teachers "E-Review”, which is part of the project "E-Portfolio as a Professional Development of Teachers in Vocational Education in Serbia". 

The Center for Education Policy, with the support of the European Training Foundation and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, is organizing a free training of secondary vocational school teachers "E-Review”, which is part of the project "E-Portfolio as a Professional Development of Teachers in Vocational Education in Serbia". 

The E-Review training is designed for secondary vocational school teachers and is focused on developing their capacity to target and continuously review their work and beliefs about teaching and learning on which that work is based, to learn from their own experiences and from the feedback received from their colleagues and to share the experience gained with the interested public through the creation and updating of personal electronic portfolios.

The introductory meeting will be held at the Belgrade Faculty of Electrical Engineering on September 16, 2017, and it will last from 12 am to 4 pm. Travel expenses will be paid to  the teachers who are not from Belgrade. Online training will be conducted on the Moodle platform of the project. The final meeting dedicated to the presentation of E-Portfolios of training beneficiaries will be organized at the Moodle Moot conference, scheduled for the end of October 2017 in Belgrade.

The teachers selected in the call for applications will receive a certificate of participation in the project in the role of tutors, as well as a certificate of participation in the Moodle Moot conference. Those who participate in the online part of the training, whose work is supervised and directed by the selected teachers, will receive a certificate of participation in the project and a certificate of participation in the Moodle Moot conference.

Interested teachers should fill in the application form not later than June 30, 2017.

The seating is limited, so that training beneficiaries will be selected on the basis of regional representation, motivation to participate in the training and the time of signing up for it.

The names of the selected applicants will be posted on the website of the Center for Education Policy on July 7, 2017
