The Foundation supports the projects and organizations that:

•  Contribute to improving the economic, cultural and social conditions of the population in the populated tourist areas

• Contribute to the sustainable development of tourism in tourist areas

• Contribute to improving intercultural understanding between the host countries and the countries from which tourists come

In order to get financial support, applicants must submit proposals that take into account the following criteria:

• Are carried out in Switzerland or in other countries around the world 

•   Are organizations, associations and legal entities

•   Additional funding for the projects that are in progress are not approved

• If the project lasts for several years, it is possible to get the funds a few times. 

The Financial Framework

The organization currently has 150,000 CHF per year at its disposal. The Commission decides on the amount to be allocated according to project proposals, while amounts ranging from 5,000 to 25,000 Swiss francs have been allocated so far.

Eligible to apply are organizations, associations and legal entities. 

Applications are accepted in English and German in two periods, July 31, 2018 and October 31, 2018.
