Belgrade – Germany's largest chemical company BASF launched a competition aimed at all students of natural sciences in the Republic of Serbia, through which it will allocate 875.000 dinars for the best projects that offer solutions to some of the problems of sustainable development.
Belgrade – Germany's largest chemical company BASF launched a competition aimed at all students of natural sciences in the Republic of Serbia, through which it will allocate 875.000 dinars for the best projects that offer solutions to some of the problems of sustainable development.
The competition is conducted under the auspices of the Office of the Minister in charge of Innovations and Technological Development, Nenad Popovic, who said that it was important for the private sector to be included in the promotion of entrepreneurship among young people, so that they could use their knowledge to develop innovative solutions with global market potential
He also said that that year’s budget for innovations of the Serbian government had been increased five times compared to the previous year, which, he said, was evidence of the commitment of the Government of Serbia to strongly support everything related to digitization, innovation and entrepreneurship among young people.
The competition is open for students of all years of undergraduate, master, doctoral and specialist studies.
The submission of applications starts today and lasts until November 11, while all those interested can apply as individuals or in teams containing up to five persons. Further information on the competition and the application form are available on https://startupscience.rs/
