The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia invites all health centers to submit project proposals aimed at improving the quality of the provided primary health care services, that is, in the territory and for the inhabitants for which a health center is designated to be responsible for providing primary health care. Such an approach should serve to achieve the following objectives: 

• Improving quality in the treatment of chronic diseases (diabetes and cardiovascular diseases)
• Increased coverage of the target population in terms of preventive health services and screening programs (for colon cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer, cardiovascular disease risk, type 2 diabetes, depression)
• Increase in the rate of vaccination for children
• Increase in the rate of influenza vaccination for the elderly
• Improving the quality of women's health care (gynecology, obstetrics, reproductive health)
• Improving the quality of health care for children and youth
• Increasing access to health care and preventive services for vulnerable groups (such as Roma persons, the elderly and the disabled) 

Privately owned health centers are not qualified to submit proposals.

The envisaged, rough amount of the grant should not exceed 3.500.000 dinars for projects to be implemented within a 12-month time frame.

Project proposals will be evaluated by the Grant Implementation Commission established within the Ministry of Health. The approval of grants is issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia.
