Belgrade – The European Commission has issued a call for project proposals which enables VET providers in EU countries to organize exchange programs with relevant partners in the Western Balkan countries.
The deadline for submitting project proposals is June 17, 2020 by 12 o’clock noon (12 o’clock noon Brussels time).
Economic reform programs for the Western Balkans recognize the importance of vocational education and training for industrial development and for stimulating economic growth. Also, students who have completed vocational educational and training create new jobs.
The acquisition of knowledge and skills relevant to the labor market should be an integral part of all forms of education, regardless of whether they are formal or non-formal education and training, bearing in mind that most skills are acquired in the non-formal sector.
Applicants may be public and private organizations and institutions active in the field of vocational education and training registered in any Erasmus + program country, as well as registered consortia of public and private organizations participating in the secondary vocational education process in any Erasmus + program country.
