The Novi Sad School of Journalism calls for proposals aimed at building the capacity of civil society organizations in Serbia to promote media practices and policies on media and information literacy at the local level.
The Novi Sad School of Journalism calls for proposals aimed at building the capacity of civil society organizations in Serbia to promote media practices and policies on media and information literacy at the local level.
This call for proposals is part of the regional project "Media for Citizens – Citizens for Media", which is being implemented with the support of the European Union in Serbia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Montenegro.
The call for proposals is open to civil society organizations in Serbia engaged in programs for media, education, advocacy, public campaigns and the arts or the development of digital innovative projects.
Two types of projects will be supported:
– Support project to improve citizens' media and information literacy skills
– Creative Innovation – Projects in the fields of artistic, media and technological production that promote innovation and accessibility in media and information literacy education
The budget for this call for proposals is € 20,000.
The project duration is 6 to 10 months. The activities can start on the day the contract is signed and should end by November 30, 2020 at the latest.
