The call was issued based on the Decision on the Establishment of the Fund for Young Talents of the Republic of Serbia.  

Requirements to be met by the candidates are as follows:   

1. That they are the citizens of the Republic of Serbia or have a refugee status;

2. That they have residence in the Republic of Serbia, or domicile – for persons who have a refugee status;

3.  That in the 2018/19 academic year, they were enrolled in the final year of undergraduate studies or master studies or integrated studies of the faculties and universities founded by the Republic of Serbia;

4.  That their average mark is at least 8.50 during the previous years of study (for students of the final year of undergraduate studies and integrated studies), and 8,50 for students of master academic studies

5. That they passed all the exams from the previous years;

6. That they are under 25 years of age – for students of undergraduate studies, or that they have not reached 27 years of age – for students of master academic studies and students of integrated studies.    

The documents that the candidates are required to submit are on the official website of the Ministry of Youth and Sports – www.mos.gov.rs  and on the official website of the Fund for Young Talents – www.fondzamladetalente.rs  or can be taken over from the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Mihajla Pupina 2, Novi Beograd, the Palace of Serbia, East Wing, Room 38/ground floor).

The number of scholarships and the amount of scholarships will be determined depending on the amount of funds in the budget for 2019 and in accordance with the Decision on the Establishment of the Fund.

The deadline for applying is December 31, 2018.

The documents for the call are to be submitted to the records management office of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, or are to be mailed.

Required to be written on the envelope, under the address of the Ministry, is the following: "The Fund for Young Talents – Call for Scholarships for Students in the Republic of Serbia in the 2018/19 School Year."
