The Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure has launched a call for financing the projects of associations and other civil society organizations in the field of social housing in 2020 in the territory of the Republic of Serbia. By issuing the public call, the Ministry wants to contribute to the improvement of housing conditions for the beneficiaries of housing support or victims of domestic violence.   

The total funds provided for projects under this call amount to 10,000,000.00 dinars.

The right to participate in the call for applications is granted to associations and other civil society organizations registered in the Agency for Business Registers, which operate in the territory of the Republic of Serbia and whose goals are achieved in the field of social housing.

According to the above call for proposals, short-term projects, which do not exceed 6 months, are proposed, so that all project phases (including the submission of the final report) could be completed in 2020. An organization can propose only one project. The organization must have a signed legal document (contract, memorandum, agreement, etc.) on mutual cooperation and support with one of the Safe Houses in the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

The thematic area where financial support is planned is the allocation of funds for improving housing conditions in the housing facilities for socially vulnerable persons or victims of domestic violence.

The project application form and the project budget form can be downloaded from the Ministry's website (www.mgsi.gov.rs ) and the e-Government portal of the Republic of Serbia (www.euprava.gov.rs ).
