The Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development issued a call for the award of scholarships to Roma students enrolled in secondary schools for the 2020/2021 school year.

The call for awarding scholarships to Roma students who regularly attend three-year and four-year secondary schools in the 2020/21 school year was published as part of the project "EU Support to Roma Students for Continuing Secondary School Education" which is funded by the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance of the European Union, through IPA 2014 direct grant, and which is implemented by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development.

Roma students who regularly attend secondary schools for three or four years, which are founded by the Republic of Serbia, an autonomous province or a local self-governmental unit, who are enrolled in a specific class for the first time in the current school year, whose education is financed from the budget of the Republic of Serbia, who have the citizenship of the Republic of Serbia and whose parent or guardian has a residence in the territory of the Republic of Serbia have the right to apply for the call.    

 The deadline for applying  is from September 14 to 30, 2020.

School employees, students and parents/guardians can ask questions regarding the documentation and application procedure, as well as other questions related to the procedure for preparing the ranking list and awarding scholarships, by sending an e-mail to ipa2014romskestipendije@mpn.gov.rs  or by phone by calling 011-2401-911, extension 254, every working day from 10 am to 2 pm.
