This internship program is aimed at improving the employability and employment of young people in Serbia by providing opportunities for them to gain work experience and thus better link with the labor market.

As part of the project, a call for the participation of business entities was issued, which would, through the program, be provided the service of selection of candidates in accordance with their needs, the financing of the compensation for trainees for a period of 4 months, the possibility of development and capacity building for the implementation of the program of acquiring work experience through training for mentors, as well as promotion at the national level, with no additional burden on their budgets.

24 trainees will be engaged in the project, while the planned duration of work practice is 4 months, in the period from November 2016 to February 2017. The selected trainees will be provided a modest cash compensation that would cover their food and local transportation expenses.

The application deadline is September 9, 2016.
