The Movement for the Development of Education in Europe, with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Serbia, announced a public call for future young entrepreneurs to participate in a free five-day training that will help them to start their own business.

The training will cover the following spheres:

1. Entrepreneurship – from the initial idea to your own company (two days)
2. Basic legal aspects of business (one day)
3. Finance and Accounting – taxes and practice (one day)
4. Marketing – how to make your own business recognizable and successful (one day)

General requirements of the call:

• That the candidate is more than 18 years old, or that he/she has the right to work in accordance with the law, and that he/she is no more than 30 years old, in accordance with the Law on Youth
• That he/she is a citizen of the Republic of Serbia
• That he/she is willing to commit to participate in the training and other project activities in accordance with the terms offered
• That he/she possess good communication skills
• That he/she is responsible and accurate in work
• That he/she is highly motivated to start his/her own business at the end of the process

Priority in selection will be given to the candidates who have formed a business idea.

The said training is an integral part of the project "To Your Own Business by Means of Knowledge”, which is aimed at young people who are creative, motivated to learn and start their own business. Mentoring support will be organized for 60 best trainees in order to strengthen their capacity to start their own business. These candidates will be able, through mentoring, to get specific advice and instructions, so that they could, by opening their company, start their own business by the end of the project.

All participants in the training will receive certificates upon completion of the training, as the proof of possessing new knowledge and skills. The training will be held in Belgrade in the second half of August 2017.

When applying, candidates must, along with the filled in application form, submit the following:

• CV
•  A brief cover letter in which the business idea is described

The training and other project activities are financed from the funds of the project "To Your Own Business by Means of Knowledge," which is supported by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Serbia.
