Bujanovac –“A delegation from the municipality of Bujanovac will, today, participate in the Business Forum with Turkish businessmen that are led by the President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan, "said Rahim Salihi, the Head of Staff of the Office of the Mayor of Bujanovac Saip Kamberi, who will lead the municipal delegation.

"At today’s Business Forum, which is taking place at Belgrade's Hyatt Hotel, Mayor Kamberi will have discussions with the Turkish businessmen that are interested in investing in Bujanovac, to whom he will present our potential and willingness to cooperate," Mr. Salihi said

When asked about the mentioned potential, Mr. Salihi said that it, above all, included the land owned by the municipality, various incentives, as well as the sections of closed factories that are owned by the state, which wants to transfer them to potential investors.

He also said that the meeting with the Turkish businessmen was organized by the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, through its office in Bujanovac. The Turkish President, along with members of the delegation, arrived last night for a two-day visit to Serbia.

The municipality of Bujanovac has been cooperating with the Turkish development agency TIKA for several years.
