Bujanovac– BSK handball players defeated Zajecar by 33:29 in Bujanovac, while the fans who watched the game of the First League – East donated 12,000 dinars for the medical treatment of their young fellow citizen Dunja Milanovic.
“We played our best game in the season and beat one of the front-runners for the senior ranking. We were in the lead from the very beginning, at certain moments with as much as a 7 goal difference,” said BSK coach Ivan Dobardzijev, who congratulated the players on the victory, which “gave then wings for the next game.”
Mr. Dobardzijev emphasized that more important than the victory was the fact that they had helped with raising 12,000 dinars for the medical treatment of the 3-year-old Dunja.
He thanked the fans for their fund collection campaign and said that the club, too, would donate some money.
