Bujanovac – The traditional summer blood donation campaign will be organized on the premises of the “Bivoda” company for the production of mineral water and soft drinks at the village of Rakovac, near Bujanovac, on September 4, 2017. The campaign will last from 9 am to 3 pm.
"Bivoda" stated that as of 2007, when it launched the aforementioned campaign for the first time, apart from its employees, blood has been traditionally donated by the police, the Army of Serbia, UG "Koce Zaov" from Vranje and residents of Bujanovac and its surroundings.
The company's management expects that the tradition will be continued and the man’s humanity reconfirmed.
In addition to asking regular blood donors to donate blood, "Bivoda" appealed to other people of good will, who have not yet donated blood, to join the campaign, in which around one hundred volunteers participated last year.
Co-organizers of the upcoming campaign are the Military Medical Academy (MMA) from Belgrade and the Blood Transfusion Office from Vranje.
