Of that figure, 81 persons are from Vranje, six from Surdulica, five from Trgoviste, three from Bujanovac, two from Presevo and one from Bosilegrad.
According to epidemiologist Sladjan Stankovic, the percentage of new cases in relation to those tested is 35.25 percent.
Yesterday, 181 examinations were done in the COVID infirmary, of which 96 were done for the first time. Blood samples were taken from 133 patients and 63 X-rays of the lungs were made. 123 antigen tests were done, of which 74 were positive for the corona virus. 10 patients were diagnosed with bronchopneumonia.
107 patients are being treated in Vranje COVID hospitals. In addition to the existing vaccination points at healthcare institutions, preparations are underway for revaccination in the Sports Hall.
