Vranje, Presevo, Bujanovac – According to the latest data from the Institute of Public Health in Vranje, out of 192 tested samples from the Pcinj district, 55 are positive for the corona virus. There are 14 newly corona – infected persons from Vranje, 12 from Surdulica, six from Presevo and Vladicin Han each, nine from Trgoviste, seven from Bujanovac and one from Bosilegrad.

Corona virus infection is also recorded among medical staff in Vranje. The emergency situation caused by the corona virus is again in force in the municipality of Trgoviste, where new cases of infection are being recorded.

239 examinations were conducted in the ATD COVID infirmary yesterday, while the total number of first examinations is 140, the City Emergency Situations Staff announced. Blood was sampled in 124 patients and 129 X-rays of the lungs were performed. 42 rapid tests, 28 PCR tests and 103 antigen tests were done. Bronchopneumonia was diagnosed in 40 patients.

101 patients are hospitalized in the COVID hospitals of the Health Center Vranje. Of that number, 85 patients are positive for the corona virus.

There are 98 patients suffering from bronchopneumonia, while 44 of them receive  oxygen treatment. There are currently 49 available beds.
