Bujanovac – Of the Coordination Body’s 40 million dinar subsidies for businessmen from South Serbia, 17.9 million dinars were received by eight companies from the municipality of Presevo.
One of the entrepreneurs that will have the opportunity to use the Coordination Body’s funds to increase the number of employees and further develop the business is Cenan Ahmedi, the owner of the "ALU PLAST EUROPE" company, which has been producing PVC and aluminum windows and doors since 2004.
"We got 2.3 million dinars from the Coordination Body, which is 70 percent of the total value of the project with which we have applied for subsidies," Mr. Ahmedi said for the Bujanovac News when he was awarded the contract on subsidies.
As he explained, the funds would be used to purchase the equipment and machines that would speed up the production process.
"Investments of this kind will provide employment for at least two new employees," he said, noting that his company received the Coordination Body’s funds for the first time.
