The National Youth Council of Serbia published a new alternative report on the position and needs of young people in the Republic of Serbia in 2019.

What is the position of young people in Serbia, what are the views of young people and how does the state care for young people?  Those are the questions that are answered by the Alternative Report on the Position and Needs of Youth in the Republic of Serbia in 2019.

The aim of this research is to collect, through different methods and techniques of data collection, all official data that exist on youth and speak about their position, as well as to identify their habits, attitudes and problems that they face through different methods of examining young people.

The report is aimed at all youth policy makers, especially decision makers, both nationally and locally, to familiarize themselves with the position of young people and to shape their policies so as to improve the position of young people. In addition, it is intended for all CSOs as a source of information in various fields that can be used for different purposes depending on the primary areas of activity of the organizations. The report will also be useful to youth leaders, youth workers, teachers, sports and cultural workers, as well as to all those who work for young people and with young people in order to gain a better and more comprehensive approach to young people and the problems they face, or to choose methods for developing new policies targeting young people.
