Presevo, Buujanovac, Medvedja –  All those who have a current account opened in the bank will get a "Dina" basic credit card, while other credit cards, such as "Visa" and "Master", will be complementary, and the bank will be able to issue them only on request.

This innovation applies to all citizens, and shall be also applied to those who already have credit cards when the period of use of their existing credit cards expires.  

Regardless of the novelties, citizens can use all credit cards they currently have to pay.  Small merchants who avoided to accept credit cards due to high costs would have the biggest benefit of the massive use of "Dina" credit cards.  Expectations are that small mercants and craft shops will get the most by the massive use of domestic credit card, because its costs are significantly lower than of those belonging to the international credit card system.
