1. In order to prevent market disruptions or eliminate the adverse effects of market disruptions on the supply of goods resulting from the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, prices in the wholesale and retail of basic necessities and protective equipment shall be limited, so that they do not exceed the price level of those products on March 5, 2020.

The limiting of prices referred to in Para 1 of this item shall apply for a period of 30 days for the following goods:

1) Wheat flour;

2) Bread;

3) Edible sunflower oil;

4) White sugar;

5) Salt;

6) Water;

7) Vegetables and fruits;

8) Pasta;

9) Raw meat;

10) Meat products;

11) Fish;

12) Thermally processed cow's milk (pasteurized and sterilized);

13) Powdered milk;

14) Yoghurt;

15) Chicken eggs;

16) Baby food;

17) Soap;

18)  Shampoo;

19) Toothpaste;

20) Detergents;

21) Gloves (and clothing and clothing accessories) made of plastic;

22) Diapers for children and adults;

23) Wipes;

24) Towels (rolls and per piece);

25) Toilet paper;

26) Masks made of plastic, with a textile filter;

27) Coverings made of textile for surgical use;

28) Surgical suits made of paper;

29) Paper masks;

30) Protective suits made of rubber;

31) Surgical and other types of gloves made of rubber;

32) Surgical textile suits;

33) Bleaches and other disinfectants;

34) Asepsol;

35) Alcohol;

36) Protective glasses.

2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia.
