The Belgrade Youth Fair will be held for the sixth time at the Metropol Palace Hotel in Belgrade on April 23 and 24, 2020.

This is the largest career event in the region, the program will run from 10am to 4pm, and will consist of a fair and conference section.

According to the organizers of the event, the purpose of the event is to connect young people with employers, companies and institutions, as well as to provide them with an opportunity to expand their knowledge in various spheres through free lectures, workshops and educations, as well as to get them acquainted with the way the most successful companies in the region operate and hear what it looks like to be part of such a team.

Miloš Čevizović, the Project Manager, points out the following:

"This year, the Belgrade Youth Fair will be a comprehensive event for connecting young people with successful companies and employers and for helping young people develop their careers, so that visitors, in addition to numerous internship and employment programs, will have the opportunity to become more familiar with how the companies work and with the benefits that each company has to offer, as well as be professionally photographed for a CV for free, participate in interview simulations and numerous workshops, prize quizzes and panel discussions. Also, a greater number of different companies and organizations are expected at the fair this year, so there will be more chances to find practice / work and learn new skills.

Some of the topics of the conference part of the project, which will be discussed by the largest experts from the participating companies, will be:

– How to look for a job and how to prepare for an interview;

– What you need to know from the legal side when being hired and concluding an employment contract;

– The career path of successful people;

– How to Find the Ideal Job ;

– Marketing, business and information technology.

Students and graduates, as well as job seekers, can now submit their CVs for job/practice  through the site Youthfair.rs  (http://youthfair.rs/prijavi-se/ ), and they will be forwarded and  made available to all companies that participate in the fair until the end of the year.
