Bujanovac – After having provided protective masks to the Health Center in Bujanovac, Jelena Urosevic, a fellow citizen, provided and donated to the said institution a respectable amount of medical alcohol, at the moment when this item has not been available in Bujanovac pharmacies for more than a month. Also, the whole country is facing shortages in medical alcohol.

The Head of the Health Center, Dr. Lela Jovanovic, said that that health care institution was provided with a satisfactory quantity of protection and disinfection items, but that the additional quantities of medical alcohol were certainly welcome.

“I thank Jelena on my own behalf and on behalf of our institution. We do need solidarity and humanity in these times. Doctors, medical technicians and other health care staff will continue to relentlessly assist anyone in need, and such humane gestures make it easier for us," Dr. Jovanovic said.

The donor, to whom Ms. Urosevic and Ms. Jovanovic are obliged, is the Hubert 1924 Distillery from Banat, Novo Selo near Kikinda. .

Recently, a respirator was also donated to the Health Center by Goran Jovanovski, a resident of the Klenike area.
