Education for sustainable development seems to be more important now than ever before. Many of the negative processes that occur in nature are the result of human activities. The awareness of having a responsibility to the environment and all other beings that are part of it is underdeveloped in most people. Therefore, the emphasis must be laid on education and the strengthening of environmental awareness in the future.
The idea of the project is to hold classes, as part of civic education, in five vocational secondary schools on five topics of sustainable development. After the classes, students will design and organize campaigns to promote a problem related to their topic. All the activities will be online – classes on Google Classroom and Zoom, while the campaigns will be published and shared on the website and social networks.
Student works will be published on our website and the networks. We want to see how young people think about the issues of sustainable development. We all have to change the world together, and everyone needs to start from their own habits and choices.
