"I want to work" (https://hocu-da-radim.rs/) is a web-platform intended for connecting employers with persons who are looking for suitable jobs, as well as for young people without work experience who want to get to the labor market. “I want to work” provides information on the offer of jobs, professional internships and trainings, as well as on numerous activities that assist with professional guidance and easier employment. It was created as a result of the "Young Today, Leaders Tomorrow" project, and is financed by the European Union and co-financed by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.

The project "Young Today, Leaders Tomorrow" aims to support young people in finding employment, building professional skills and acquiring knowledge through non-formal education. During 2019, through the project, workshops were organized in five cities and municipalities in Serbia, where a team of lecturers held trainings for young people between 16 and 26 years of age in the field of information technology, as well as workshops on leadership, activism and professional orientation.

In order to provide everyone with equal access to the knowledge, techniques and skills required by the modern labor market, the "Young Today, Leaders Tomorrow" project’s team founded the Youth Resource Center in Novi Sad and set up the "I want to work" platform. The team will continue undertaking similar activities in the future. The Center provides assistance in employment through career counseling services and organizes trainings, seminars and workshops, while one can find guidelines, advice and answers to numerous questions and current topics from the field of employment on the said website.

All elements of the "Young Today, Leaders Tomorrow" project were created in the desire to increase the level of employment in the Republic of Serbia. This website realizes its activities with the intention of positively influencing the labor market, thereby providing assistance and support to both employers and job seekers.

"I want to work" enables people who are at the beginning of their careers, or are thinking of changing their occupations, to find the desired jobs more easily, but also to find out how they can increase their competitiveness on the labor market, expand their knowledge and improve their skills.

"I want to work" wishes to help employers find the candidates who will contribute to the success of their businesses and inspire them to work on the development of their employment policies and investment in human resources. In that way, work becomes mutual satisfaction, and the activities socially responsible and an example to others.
