Belgrade – As of today, all adult citizens who have an ID card and residence in Serbia can apply by phone for a one-off financial assistance of 100 euros.

The telephone number of the contact center is 0800 101 100, it was published on the official Instagram profile of the Minister of Finance Sinisa Mali.

Signing-up electronically, through the portal of the Treasury Administration, at the address idp.trezor.gov.rs, started two days ago.

When signing-up, adult citizens of Serbia are to submit the following data: their unique personal identification number (JMBG), their valid ID card number, the name of the bank where the account into which the one-off financial support is to be paid is opened or will be opened.

In the contact center, citizens will hear an automatically recorded voice, to which they will be able to leave their data, reports the Tanjug news agency.

Citizens will enter the personal identification number and ID card number by using the telephone keypad numbers, while the name of the bank will be said or selected by pressing a keypad number.

Recipients of pensions and beneficiaries of financial social assistance are automatically registered for the payment of one-off financial assistance, which means that there is no need for them to sign-up.

The payments for pension recipients will start being effected today.
