The Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe has set up a web platform for local and regional authorities to respond to the COVID 19 crisis, which shows the experiences and responses of local and regional authorities, networks, associations and other organizations in the crisis (https://covid-congress-hub.org/en/).
The platform consists of the following three thematic sections: 1. Support to local and regional authorities 2. Ensuring respect for fundamental rights 3. Relying on the activities of Congress partners.
A set of tools for the authorities across Europe on respect for human rights, democracy and the rule of law during the COVID 19 crisis, issued by Council of Europe Secretary General Marija Pejcinovic Buric, can also be found on the platform.
Cities, municipalities, associations and other organizations and their activities during and after the COVID 19 crisis can be registered on the platform. If you think that your city or municipality can register interesting activities for providing support to the citizens, networking or inter-municipal or international cooperation, you can do so by accessing the registration form on the link https://covid-congress-hub.org/en/registration_form.html
