We present to you the second report that includes the monitoring of civil society organizations in the following three municipalities in South Serbia: Bujanovac, Presevo and Vranje.

The information was collected in cooperation with local organizations from those three municipalities. Local organizations collected the information based on desk research, as well as on direct contact with other organizations and media in those three municipalities. The information presented in the report refer to general information about each municipality itself, general information about civil society organizations, general picture of the local media, general information about COVID-19, as well as the response of civil society during the crisis caused by the COVID-19 virus.
The aforementioned three municipalities are multiethnic communities in South Serbia, with Albanian, Serb and Roma populations. Since the Albanian national community boycotted the 2011 census, there has been no official number of members of the Albanian national minority, but it is estimated that more than 100,000 of them live in South Serbia. That is why the National Council of the Albanian National Minority is located in Bujanovac.
