The Community Solutions Program (CSP) is a year-round professional development program for people working to improve their communities by addressing issues related to energy and the environment, peace and conflict resolution, transparency and accountability, women and gender.
The Community Solutions Program (CSP) is a year-round professional development program for people working to improve their communities by addressing issues related to energy and the environment, peace and conflict resolution, transparency and accountability, women and gender.
The program provides to the activists (ages 25 to 38) from 94 countries a four-month professional development experience in the United States, which includes 35 hours of practice per week at the US host organization and a 10-hour leadership development course. The participants in the Community Solutions Program then return home to carry out a six-month activist project in their community, using the gained knowledge and skills.
