The Resource Center for Civil Society Organizations in Serbia invites all interested civil society organizations and representatives of local self-governments to apply for the participation in the online training "The Process of Mapping Social Protection Services which is under the Competence of Local Self-Governments", which will be held by the Center for Social Policy (CSP) on November 18 and 19, 2020, from 10 am to 12.30 pm.

The training will present the process of collecting, verifying and analyzing data on community services, necessary for the creation of indicators that are monitored and that help further the development of community services and improve the process of deinstitutionalization. The training provides information on the process of building "infrastructure" for collecting data on social protection services – starting with the questionnaire with instructions, networks of mentors, networks of contact persons and associates, the strengthening of the capacity of all stakeholders involved in the process, so that the acquired knowledge and experience could be used to develop a system for monitoring and evaluating community social protection services. Special attention to the training will be paid to the provision of raw data for further processing, as well as to the importance of accurate data.

The training will consist of two online trainings, while the duration of each individual training will be around 2.5 hours. The organizers suggest that the interested participants take part in both scheduled trainings, which will be realized during one working week.
