Bujanovac  – The latest data of the Health Center in the municipality of Bujanovac show that 8 new COVID cases were confirmed on Monday, and that the results of 9 PCR tests are being awaited.

Out of 21 samples tested by rapid antigen tests, 11 samples were positive, of which 3 were not from the municipality of Bujanovac.

There were 15 children among the patients who were examined in the COVID infirmary yesterday, which is the largest number of medically examined children since the beginning of the third wave of the pandemic.

A total of 133 patients sought medical help.

With 9 new COVID cases, the number of the infected rose to 139 in December.

There were more admissions than dismissals of patients from the hospital of the Health Center Vranje yesterday.  

A total of 143 patients were hospitalized, of whom 137 were positive for the corona virus and 138 had pneumonia.

The hospital can accommodate only 17 more patients.

There are 51 people receiving oxygen therapy.
