Меdvedja – The distribution of packages to elementary school students in the territory of the municipality of Medvedja was organized. In the elementary school "Gornja Jablanica".

The charity association "Circle of Serbian Sisters" from Leskovac, along with the Diocese of Nis, has cheered up the youngest from the territory of the municipality of Medvedja on several occasions so far.   

The president of the municipality, Nebojsa Arsic, thanked the "Circle of Serbian Sisters", as well as the Diocese of Nis, which did not forget the children of Medvedja this year and with modest Christmas packages elicited the smiles of the youngest, who gathered in smaller numbers.

With the blessing of Bishop Arsenije, and thanks to the "Circle of Serbian Sisters", packages were handed out to all primary school students in the elementary school "Gornja Jablanica" in Medvedja.

The event of distribution of packages was attended by the President of the Municipality Nebojsa Arsic, the Deputy Archbishop of Jablanica Ivan Markovic, Priest Boban Vukovic, the Parish Priest of Medvedja, Priest Dragan Ilic, the Parish Priest of Sijarinska Sp[a and the Director of the school Slavica Djonic.
