The paving of the second part of the road in Bujanovac Malesija began, while residents of the area are pleased, because the road will connect them with Bujanovac.

Residents of the village of Breznice are happy to have a new road, which despite having only two lanes, is like a highway for them.

"By paving the said road, the villages of Malesia and the municipality of Bujanovac will be connected," said a resident of Breznice, Tahir Bilajli, who thanked the mayor of Bujanovac for the project.

The Director of the Construction Directorate, Agim Haliti, said that the villagers’ dream was becoming reality.

"This is a happy moment for the citizens of the municipality of Bujanovac and especially for the people who live in the villages of Bujanovac Malesia," said Haliti, adding that the project meets one of the basic conditions for the citizens.

The Head of "Saba Belča" Company, Valon Hetemi, whose machinery and workers are carrying out the works, said that they would be completed in 5 to 6 days, and that bad weather conditions caused the delay in completion of the works.

Upon completion of the paving of the road, shoulders will be placed on it to prevent "slipping" of vehicles off the road.  

Drivers are asked to use alternative routes until the works are completed.
